PEP RALLY PICK-UP PROCEDURE
Parents, caring for your child and their safety is our main priority.
Please read and follow the following procedure for the pep rally!
If you would like your child to sit with you at the pep rally and leave from the gym, you must either send a note with your child
tomorrow morning stating this or check them out before 3:20 p.m. If a note is sent, your child will take their belongings with them to the gym. If no note is sent, their belongings will remain in the
classroom.
FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CHILDREN, we cannot have students scattering after the pep rally!!
If a child does not bring a note, they will walk to the gym with their class, remain with their class throughout the pep rally, return to
the classroom with their teacher after the pep rally, and dismiss as usual.
Please do not walk to your child’s classroom or through the gate to the car line to pick up your child.
Each teacher is responsible for the safety of the children in their homeroom class. Teachers will be taking students to the pep rally,
bringing them back to the classroom after the pep rally to collect all their belongings, and walking them to the pick-up line in an orderly manner for parents to pick them up following our usual
pick-up procedure.
